A Runner on a Ride is a 70 km / 43.5 mi gravel and road cycling film recorded in the east side of Oslo and adjacent towns. It blends tarmac and gravel roads, at times going over small trails. This is OFF.run casually branching out to embrace different workouts for runners.

This is slow streaming (as in slow tv). No cuts, no overediting; the video is as shot. Enjoy the scenery as background or on your trainers, or stationary bike, or however you work out.

This ride and recording had their gremlins, and therefore the video has more editing than usual, but nothing more than absolutely necessary.
