Cross Country Territory is a 10 k / 6.21 mi trail run filmed in Sjusjøen, Norway most notorious cross country skiing destination. Starting close and up to the ski slopes, then scrambling down a steep section into runnable terrain (end of the ski slope and next to the famous cross country ski track), and back again up over some marshlands with deep pockets of soft snow. Feel free to skip into the running chapter if you’re running on a treadmill.

This is slow streaming (as in slow tv). No cuts*, no overediting, the video is as shot. Enjoy the scenery as background or on your treadmill workout.
