Sea, Salt & Rocks is a 6.2 k / 3.85 mi trail run filmed in the small and picturesque island of Hönö in the Öckerö kommune, near Gothenburg. It follows the Gothenburg Archipelago Trail (Göteborgs skärgårdsled) which is fun but sometimes tricky to run. The amount of loose rocks makes it very easy to twist an ankle or trip. All secondary when you can run with such views.
