Trail Rambler is a 8.5 k / 5.28 mi trail run filmed in Oslo Østmarka. Starting at Skullerudstua in and running random trails close by in what was the first real “spring feelings” of the season.

To be honest, this might not be the best treadmill companion as I “got lost” in the amount of trail options to take and took some pauses. Ignore that and you get 100% trails.

This is slow streaming (as in slow tv). No cuts, no overediting, the video is as shot. Enjoy the scenery as background or on your treadmill workout.
